Problem
Recruitment work needs more than a list of resumes. Staffing agencies need to understand candidate fit, present shortlists clearly, and follow each requirement through to joining.
What I built
Sonder Recruit brings sourcing and intake, semantic job-description-to-CV matching, evidence-linked scores, private client shortlists, and pipeline tracking into one recruitment workspace.
Product decision
Make the reasoning visible: connect match scores to the supporting CV lines. Keep client shortlists anonymized until reveal, and carry the context from requirement through submittal, interview, offer, and joining.
Current outcome
A live startup project for Indian IT staffing agencies, presented publicly as Sonder Recruit at sonderai.in.
